If a referee believes they have faced retaliation or undue pressure related to providing a reference, they may report their concerns confidentially to There's Always One’s Hiring Team at There's Always One. All reports will be reviewed fairly and, if necessary, appropriate action will be taken.
This policy is intended to evolve and is therefore subject to change. In case of modifications, the new policy will be updated on the There's Always One Website.
